What You'll DoLead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Coordinate the implementation and upkeep of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement technology solutions that drive business growth. Determine and enforce IT guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and security. Act as a mentor, providing guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and career development. Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Find opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate effectively with collaborators to understand their needs and provide outstanding IT support and solutions. Analyze and resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends to keep Aristocrat at the forefront of innovation.

What We're Looking ForMore than 6 years of experience in IT management or a similar position with a demonstrated history of guiding effective teams. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience. Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure, encompassing networking, systems, and security. Outstanding problem-solving abilities along with the capacity to think critically and strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working well with a variety of groups. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, encouraging a culture of growth and excellence. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of industry guidelines and the ability to apply them effectively. Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CISSP, PMP) is a plus. A passion for technology and a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
