About the Role

Sun Shaper Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated

Team Leader

to manage and guide a team working on

residential rooftop solar projects

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the solar EPC industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance while ensuring project execution quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives / site coordinators. Assign daily and weekly targets to team members and ensure achievement. Monitor performance, productivity, and discipline of the team. Support team members in lead conversion, site visits, and customer coordination. Ensure smooth execution of residential rooftop solar projects from survey to commissioning. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, engineering, procurement). Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions. Handle escalations, customer concerns, and operational challenges. Ensure accurate reporting, DPR submission, and CRM updates. Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as a Team Leader / Senior Executive in the

solar EPC industry

. Mandatory experience in

residential rooftop solar projects

. Strong knowledge of solar project lifecycle (survey, design, installation, commissioning). Proven experience in handling and leading teams. MBA or relevant management qualification is a plus. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
