Monitor team performance and ensure monthly/quarterly admission targets are met.
Provide training, coaching, and support to improve team productivity and counselling quality.
Handle escalated queries from students and parents in a professional manner.
Ensure accurate guidance about university courses, admission processes, eligibility, and career paths.
Plan and implement strategies to improve student engagement and conversion rates.
Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, academic, and operations teams for smooth functioning.
Conduct team meetings, review sessions, and performance evaluations.
Maintain a positive environment and uphold the university's standards of service.
