Essential Qualification:

Lead the end-to-end design process from research and concept to high-fidelity design and handoff.
Guide, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX designers to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize design goals.
Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
Own and evolve the company's design system and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders with data and rationale.
Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Desirable Skills

--------------------


5-7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Deep understanding of UX research, design thinking, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Experience building or managing design systems and component libraries.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, or front-end development principles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
