Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Lead with strong technical expertise in Python, system design, and

database architecture to lead a project. You'll oversee the design and delivery of the project

which should consists of scalable APIs, manage complex data systems, and ensure adherence

to all SDLC processes, with hight performance standards. This role combines hands-on

development with technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a development team, provide technical guidance, reviews, and mentorship.

2. Architect, design, and optimize scalable backend systems and APIs using Python

(FastAPI / Django / Flask).

3. Drive system-level design decisions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

4. Oversee database design (ERDs), PostgreSQL optimization, and efficient query

practices.

5. Client Liaison

6. Implement and improve development methodologies on regular basis.

7. Ensure clean, modular, and well-documented code following best engineering

practices.

8. Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and lead technical discussions.

9. Ensure project deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of backend development experience with Python.

2. Proven experience in system design, scalable architectures, and API integrations.

3. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, and performance tuning.

4. Proficiency in software design patterns.

5. Experience in managing or mentoring a team of developers.

6. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with microservices architecture and asynchronous systems.

2. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.

3. Understanding of monitoring, logging, and distributed system reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?66,666.00 - ?100,000.00 per year
