About the Role:

Kloudbricks Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced

Team Lead - Full Stack Development

to lead a dynamic team of developers across web and mobile technologies.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in

React.js, Node.js, Angular.js, Flutter, Swift, Objective-C, Xamarin,

and backend technologies such as

Python, Java, and .NET.

You will be responsible for guiding the team through the complete software development lifecycle--from requirement analysis to deployment--while ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of front-end, back-end, and mobile developers. Architect and implement scalable full-stack solutions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution. Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support. Stay current with emerging technologies and propose relevant improvements. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

Required Technical Skills:Frontend:

Expertise in

React.js, Node.js, Angular.js.

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs.

Mobile Development:

Experience with

Flutter, Swift, Objective-C, Xamarin.

Knowledge of cross-platform and native mobile app development. Familiarity with mobile app deployment (Play Store & App Store).

Backend:

Proficiency in

Python, Java, and .NET.

Experience in developing and managing REST APIs and microservices. Working knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Other Skills:

Proficient with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket). Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum

5 years of hands-on development experience

, with at least

2 years in a leadership role.

Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
