We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Team Leader - Operations

to manage and lead a team handling

international processes

. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in

international BPO operations

, with strong leadership skills, the ability to meet targets, and a passion for driving performance in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of agents handling international operations

Monitor KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process improvements

Handle escalations and provide coaching and feedback to team members

Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure smooth shift operations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in international BPO operations

Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role

Strong communication and people management skills

Willing to work night shifts

Must be available to join immediately
