We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth process execution, and driving efficiency. The role involves coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement of processes while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Team Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between managers and team members, ensuring clear communication and seamless workflow.
Transaction Monitoring:
Oversee pre- and post-transaction checks by assigning tasks, tracking aging cases, and ensuring timely closure of pending items.
Issue Resolution:
Provide guidance and promptly resolve queries raised by team members to avoid delays.
Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions and mentor staff on existing as well as newly introduced process flows.
Escalation & Reporting:
Identify and report potential risks or red flags to managers, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Management Reporting:
Prepare, maintain, and present monthly MI Reports with complete audit trails for transparency.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality checks on alerts and investigations to ensure compliance with policies and accuracy of outcomes.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in Transaction Monitoring (TM) rules, processes, and systems, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and risk control.

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
