Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact between team members and management
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Identify issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate risks when necessary
Support continuous improvement and team development initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role
5-7 years of total work experience
, with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of coding and software development

Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively
