We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Team Lead

to guide, support, and manage a team to achieve performance goals. The Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team to meet individual and team targets Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor daily workflow Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members Ensure team adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards Act as the main point of contact between team members and management Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports Identify issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate risks when necessary Support continuous improvement and team development initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role

5-7 years of total work experience

, with prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of coding and software development

(languages and frameworks as per role requirements) Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively Problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in relevant tools, systems, or software (role-dependent) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not always required)
