Lead, motivate, and manage a team of BPO agents.
Monitor daily performance metrics (Sales , Collection , quality, productivity, attendance, etc.).
Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company policies and client requirements.
Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with management to improve processes and team performance.
Support new hire training and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a BPO environment, with at least
1 year in a supervisory
or lead role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work flexible shifts if required.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
