About the Role:

We are seeking a Technology Manager to lead two critical teams:

Software Engineering (MarTech and related platforms) - including significant work building and enhancing Contact Center solutions on Amazon Connect. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) - focused on system reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
This role is accountable for people leadership, delivery execution, and operational excellence. You will provide technical and delivery leadership for software engineering initiatives and people and delivery leadership for SRE, where deep technical ownership is driven by the Principal SRE.

You'll work closely with the Principal SRE, the Product Manager for SRE, and the Product Manager for MarTech to ensure both teams deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business priorities.

What You Will Do:

Team Leadership & People Development:

Manage, coach, and grow engineers across both Software Engineering (MarTech) and SRE teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews, set career development goals, and support professional growth. Ensure teams are structured effectively and resourced to deliver on commitments.
Software Engineering (MarTech & Contact Center Platforms):

Own technical excellence and delivery execution for software engineering initiatives. Lead development of full-stack apps, including contact center solutions (Amazon Connect) and other MarTech systems. Guide architecture, design, and implementation to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. Partner with Product Managers to deliver impactful features and platform improvements.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):

Provide people management and delivery leadership for the SRE team. Partner with the Principal SRE (technical leadership) and SRE Product Manager to align priorities and execution. Ensure operational commitments (uptime, SLAs, incident response, reliability goals) are consistently met. Support a culture of operational excellence and learning, while relying on the Principal SRE for technical depth.

Qualifications:

Must-Have

Strong software engineering experience, preferably full stack using Node.js and/or Python. Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud-native architectures. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern software engineering practices. At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to align on priorities and drive delivery. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

Prior experience as a People Manager (coaching, mentoring, or managing direct reports). Experience working in or closely with DevOps/SRE teams.
