Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets
Plan and execute full-cycle recruitment for technical & non-technical roles
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Allocate requisitions, track recruiter performance, and ensure TAT adherence
Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring
Conduct interviews and ensure quality candidate assessment
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Improve employer branding and candidate experience
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Prepare and present recruitment MIS reports to management

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (minimum 2 years in a lead role)
Experience in EdTech / IT / Corporate hiring is an added advantage
