Key Responsibilities:




Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:




Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals. Act as a strategic HR partner to business and functional heads, supporting organizational objectives through effective people management strategies. Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives and consistent communication with all stakeholders. Drive the implementation of HR programs that foster employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

Talent Acquisition:




Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring aligned with business needs. Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Monitor and optimize key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate experience. Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity standards, and best recruitment practices.

HR Analytics & Technology:




Design and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards to track key metrics, including hiring trends, retention rates, and employee engagement levels. Analyze workforce data to generate insights and support strategic decision-making for leadership teams. Leverage HR analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize and communicate data-driven insights effectively. Implement and manage leading HR technology platforms to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Competencies:




Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management, and workforce planning. Proficiency in HR analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with modern HR technology platforms and systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:




MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institute. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably within the Manufacturing industry. Proven experience in a supervisory HR role with direct stakeholder interaction and people management responsibilities. Hands-on exposure to HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
