Job Title: Team Leader - Solar Loans
Locations: Pune | Jodhpur | Jaipur | Sangli
CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
Role Objective:
We are seeking a high-performing Team Leader to manage and scale our Solar Loans vertical. The candidate will lead a team of Relationship Managers/Officers, drive loan disbursements, and work closely with Solar EPC partners to enable financial solutions in the renewable energy space.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers working on solar loan disbursements.
Drive business generation through partnerships with Solar EPC companies and solar product dealers.
Set and monitor team targets for monthly disbursements and EPC onboarding.
Conduct market analysis and identify potential clients in assigned regions.
Participate in joint field visits with team members for high-value prospects.
Review applications, resolve escalations, and ensure timely closure of cases.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and documentation teams for seamless loan processing.
Provide regular reporting to senior management on team performance and pipeline status.
Stay updated with government policies, market shifts, and competitor activities in the solar finance domain.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in solar loans, renewable financing, or EPC channel management.
Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
Strong regional market knowledge of assigned location.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven, field-based environment.
