Description & Requirements

Infor Design is looking for an experienced Sr. JavaScript and TypeScript Developer Team Lead, passionate about creating complex frontend solutions, using the latest technologies, and best practices, that has also experience, or interests, in leading a team of developers across different initiatives. The candidate will be working on several projects, including improving, and supporting the Infor Design System, a complex, large scale, enterprise grade front-end component library used across Infor.

Skills and requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience At least 4 years of engineering experience, a large portion of which in a team environment, possibly as team lead Experience or interests in leading a team of engineers while also being hands on development, and running a project using Jira (or similar) Extensive experience working with JS frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, or Vanilla), and TypeScript Experience creating frontend solution from scratch, and/or knowing the behind the scenes of modern frontend frameworks parts (Routing, Binding, Virtual Dom, Async Rendering) Experience with the latest CSS technologies (SASS, LESS), and building responsive HTML layouts Experience architecting highly performant complex application from the ground up Experience mentoring and be mentored by other engineers Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms and programming languages Familiarity with Backend technologies, and programming languages (Python or similar) Experience working closely with product teams, designers, and other developers to create a truly delightful experience A disciplined approach to development, testing, documentation and code structure in a team environment Experience with Git workflows, Code Reviews, and CI/CD A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things higher Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy Bonus points: Experience working with Design Systems Backend/DevOps/AWS programming experience Experience working in the Enterprise sector
