We are currently looking for a highly driven Team Leader Sales for our organization.

Responsibility:

Manage Team to deliver on Quality, Call productivity, Sales, & Shrinkage as per the defined benchmarks.

Excellent Communication.

Criteria:

Outbound sales experience.

Knowledge of Excel.

Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage, SLA's. Should have handled min 15 to 25 agents as team lead.

Maintenance of the data records, meeting revenues & targets
