Lead, support, and motivate a team of car sales executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide performance reports to management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Assist sales staff in closing deals and handling customer inquiries or escalations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, service, delivery) to ensure a smooth sales process.
Manage inventory levels and ensure display vehicles are maintained and presented properly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of vehicle models, features, and financing options.
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM tools.
Minimum of a degree or related field is a plus.
