Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Team Leader in the Sales Voice Process. The Team Leader will oversee and coordinate a dedicated sales team to achieve lead and revenue targets. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring effective customer service, and driving sales strategies. The Team Leader will also analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Strong Team Management and leadership skills to guide and mentor a sales team Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for fostering client satisfaction and team coordination Proven Sales expertise with the ability to drive results and meet targets Solid Analytical Skills for performance tracking and strategic decision-making Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and motivate team members Prior experience in a sales voice process or similar role is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹10,727.86 - ₹40,010.06 per month
