Role OverviewWe're seeking a Sales Team Lead - Global Markets to lead and mentor a high-performing inside sales team driving growth across global regions.You will be responsible for managing SDRs, optimizing lead generation strategies, and ensuring a steady, qualified sales pipeline. This is an ideal role for someone who has hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales, a deep understanding of international markets, and a passion for leading teams toward revenue success.Key Responsibilities1. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.2. Define and implement outbound prospecting strategies across the USA, MENA, and APAC regions.3. Drive lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion to ensure a steady flow of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).4. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, and target markets.5. Monitor key performance metrics (activity levels, conversion ratios, pipeline contribution) and deliver weekly performance reports.6. Conduct regular sales training sessions to improve prospecting techniques, objection handling, and pitch delivery.7. Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to optimize team productivity.8.Participate in strategic planning for market expansion, segmentation, and territory management.9.Build a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.10. Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.Key Requirements1. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales (preferably in SaaS or tech).2. Proven track record of managing or mentoring sales teams and achieving measurable targets.3. Strong understanding of global markets (USA, MENA, APAC) and enterprise sales cycles.4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.5. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).6. Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).7. Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-based decisions.8.
