We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Monitor individual and team performance against targets
Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
To provide personalized course counselling, understand students' academic background, career goals, and interests.
Convert student inquiries into enrolments by effectively presenting suitable programs and benefits.
Guide potential students through the admission process
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in sales
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
