We are hiring a Team Leader to manage a small group of sales staff and help them meet business goals. The role includes tracking performance, guiding team members, and driving daily results.Role and Responsibilities- Supervise a team of sales executives and ensure smooth day-to-day activities- Assign clear sales targets and help team members achieve them- Offer support during client calls, visits, or presentations when needed- Review daily reports and track sales numbers- Provide one-on-one feedback and conduct regular team check-ins- Train new team members on sales process and product knowledge- Handle simple customer issues and make sure service is smooth- Share progress updates with senior staff regularly- Maintain basic reports using Excel or internal toolsCandidate Profile- Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales- Education: Graduate from any stream- Strong communication and people skills- Ability to manage time and handle pressure- Should be target-focused and self-motivated- Local market knowledge (preferred if field-based)Contact: vishwa|9274347729 (ref:updazz.com)
