Job Responsibility



Role

:- Lead and manage business growth initiatives, identify and convert new customers, manage pre & post exhibition activities, and maintain accurate sales reports and performance trackers.

Top 3 Goals

:-

Achieve monthly and annual sales & business development targets. Identify and develop new clients (Domestic markets). Ensure timely and accurate reporting, documentation, and meeting updates.

Detailed Responsibilities

:-

Plan and execute

pre and post exhibition

activities (stall planning, client follow-ups, lead management, and feedback tracking). Handle and mentor the Sales/BD team including hiring, training, target setting, and performance evaluation. Maintain and update

all sales-related files and sheets

(inquiries, quotations, order tracking, client database, and MIS reports). Prepare and submit

weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports

to the Sales Head. Conduct and document

monthly review meetings

for business performance and pipeline updates. Coordinate with marketing for promotional material, product presentations, and customer communications. Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and share insights with management. Maintain CRM data accuracy and follow up with clients to close open leads. Support management in business forecasting and planning activities. Ensure smooth coordination between production, logistics, and customers for timely deliveries.

Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Industrial markets Sales & marketing process, pricing, client management, and exhibitions CRM and reporting tools

Communication, presentation, lead generation, negotiation, MS Excel, and documentation Exhibition handling and follow-up execution

:- High - Ability to convert inquiries into confirmed business with technical clarity and confidence.
