Team Lead - RSC & Contracts

We are looking for an Team Lead- RSC & Contracts who will lead a team of Analysts in SuM Shared Services & support central SuM Expert teams with coordination of day-to-day operations execution. This position will be based in Chakan.

What you will do

• Identify suppliers, drive sourcing and contacting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies
• Drives compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
• Participates in target setting, followup and corrective action
• Ensures correct usage of relevant tools
• Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner
• Shares good practices and facilitate networking on site

We believe you have

Minimum 8 years of experience preferably in the following areas:

• Vendor contracts updates and maintenance
• Vendor compliance management tracking & follow-ups
• Managed tracking of vendor risks & following up on status of audits & assessments
• Worked in Sustainability projects in alignment with organization needs
• Resolving vendor price deviations occurring due to invoice/contract/order confirmations
• Managed/initiated Supplier quality collaboration for resolving quality alerts
• Developed/designed continuous improvements in the above areas
• Supplier base management
• Full Time Graduation/PG degree
