Job Description
LMES Academy is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead to manage a team of 5+ STEM Trainers. The role combines hands-on teaching for students (Grades 1-8) with teamleadership and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for STEM education, excellent organizational skills, and prior experience in teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging STEM classes using activity-based methods and tools like science kits and coding platforms. Lead and mentor a team of trainers, conduct regular reviews, and organize upskilling sessions. Plan and manage training schedules, ensuring smooth operations and high teaching standards. Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement across teaching and team management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, with some leadership exposure. Strong classroom management, communication, and leadership skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?33,000.00 per month
