What\'s the role?
The Revenue Accounting team, with employees located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and Mumbai, India, is responsible for managing and administrating the revenue for EMEA- and APAC-based customers.
For the team in Mumbai, we are looking for a Team Lead, who will manage a team of 4 accountants.
Collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing are crucial for the success of the Revenue Accounting team.
Main responsibilities of the Team Lead are:
- Lead and guide the Mumbai-based team in work planning and prioritization.
- Invest in the growth of your team members, offering guidance and fostering their professional and personal development.
- Participate in daily activities like:
- Invoicing customers based on reports received.
- Processing Sales contracts
- Peer reviewing of invoices created by colleagues.
- Following up on questions from customers regarding invoicing.
- Providing documentation customers need, e.g. filling in supplier forms.
- Work with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15.
- Manage other tasks e.g. month end close tasks, internal/external audits.
- Engage in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Who are you?
You have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accountancy. Experience in an accounting role is crucial.
Communication internally and externally is in English, so you need to have excellent English writing and speaking skills.

- PeopleSoft experience is a plus in addition to strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
