An Ideal Candidate: Looking for potential Female candidates with min. 3+ years\' experience in sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. Preferred female employees for this role and traveling are Compulsory for all assigned Stores across the territory.

Key Competencies:
1. Experience in Hire, training, and assessing store employee\'s productivity and performance.
2. Must have prior experience in the presentable appearance of the store.
3. Experience with stock and store Sales & Operations.
4. Must have locality market experience. 5. Good Analytical Skills along with good communication skills in English and local languages.
6. Must have clear and fact-based decision-making.
7. Must have a Strong ability to influence, and drive change amongst ambiguity.
8. Must have Prior experience in Demonstrating high energy.
