The Role




Our role is your chance to partner with senior stakeholders and influence their recruitment requirements and strategies.



As a Team Leader, you will provide line management and leadership for a team, including role support and pastoral support to ensure they are meeting their relevant targets, KPIs and quality thresholds to drive value for the client and for AMS.

Key Accountabilities



What you'll be doing:




Lead and manage a team of recruiters, including setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, provide strategic recruitment solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, KPIs, and performance of the team, and take proactive measures to drive performance improvements and meet recruitment targets. Mentor and coach team members to improve their recruitment skills, knowledge, and performance, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and industry trends. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition initiatives to attract and engage top talent for clients' requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as HR, operations, and vendors, to ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes and adherence to recruitment policies and standards. Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation in recruitment services. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, client-specific policies, and recruitment laws in all recruitment activities. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and reviews to provide updates on recruitment performance, discuss recruitment strategies, and address client concerns.

Skills & Experience



You'll need to demonstrate:




Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are a plus. Experience in recruitment, including experience in a leadership or team lead role in an RPO or similar environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry trends. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and coach team members to achieve recruitment goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
