Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Team Leader - Recruitment
to lead and manage the Overseas Recruitment Division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a background in recruitment and sales, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
Team Recruitment & Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard skilled recruitment executives for the overseas hiring team.
Manage day-to-day operations of the recruitment team and ensure KPIs are met.
Lead Conversion & Sales:
Train team members to effectively follow up with leads and convert them into successful overseas placements.
Personally contribute to achieving monthly conversion targets and revenue goals.
Training & Motivation:
Conduct regular training sessions on sourcing strategies, lead nurturing, client communication, and interview processes.
Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high energy, discipline, and professionalism.
Client & Candidate Management:
Liaise with overseas clients to understand recruitment requirements.
Ensure candidates are pre-screened, briefed, and adequately prepared for interviews and overseas placement.
Reporting & Monitoring:
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports of team activities.
Track conversion rates and lead status through the CRM or recruitment software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably overseas recruitment).
Strong preference for candidates with a
Sales or Business Development
background.
Proven ability to lead and manage a target-oriented team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of international recruitment compliance and procedures (especially Gulf countries).
Proficiency in using CRM tools, job portals, and recruitment databases.
