Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
IT & Non-IT positions
Manage and coordinate with external vendors, staffing partners, and consultants
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely and quality closures
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements
Track team performance, define KPIs, and ensure productivity
Review sourcing strategies, screening quality, and interview coordination
Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and dashboards
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, timelines, and company policies
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
4+ years of experience
in recruitment
Mandatory vendor management experience
Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT hiring processes
Proven team handling and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience working with multiple clients and business stakeholders
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
