Lead and manage a team of recruiters for multiple mandates.
Allocate job requirements, set daily targets, and track performance.
Ensure timely and quality CV submissions to clients.
Guide recruiters on JD understanding, sourcing strategy, and client expectations.
Maintain daily/weekly trackers and ensure smooth delivery operations.
Coordinate with clients to understand roles, feedback, and closure timelines.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high-quality standards.
Motivate the team to meet delivery and closure goals.
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment (team lead or senior recruiter preferred).
Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Good understanding of sourcing methods and recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job mandates.
Basic computer skills, stable internet, and a self-driven approach.
Incentive Structure (To be paid Quarterly):
1. Individual Closures
? 2,500 per closure for junior/mid-level roles
? 3,000 per closure for senior roles
