The Team Lead - Real Estate will oversee a team of property consultants or sales executives to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and ensure a high-quality client experience. This role requires strong leadership, real estate market knowledge, and the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 5-10 real estate executives or agents.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets; monitor team performance and sales metrics.
Train, mentor, and support team members in closing deals and handling client queries.
Handle high-value client interactions, site visits, and negotiations when necessary.
Analyze market trends to guide team strategy and business development.
Collaborate with marketing and operations for lead generation and customer engagement.
Maintain records of sales activities and report performance to senior management.
Resolve client or team conflicts professionally and effectively.
