Position

: Team Lead - Real Estate Consulting

Objective

: The person with this role will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is able to drive a team in the given micro-market that meets the targets.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

1. Managing a team of consultants in a given micro-market area.

2. Interacting with all the customers whose have visited at least one project through a consultant in your team member and guiding them towards closure.

3. Monitor the team's daily targets and ensure that the team follows core processes of the organization.

4. Maintain relations with the developers' teams by regularly conducting meetings at our office and visiting their projects.

5. Choosing set of projects in the given micro-market to focus marketing efforts on and source leads for.

6. Attend every closure meeting and helping customers get the best possible deals by helping them to negotiate with the developer's team.

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Strong written/verbal communication and data presentation skills

2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills

3. A post graduate degree in management with specialization in Marketing/Finance

4. Possess relevant sales experience within real estate, home loans or insurance

5. Experience of working in a given micro-market for more than 5 years

6. Experience of managing teams

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
