2. Role Objective
The Team Lead - Real Estate Consulting is responsible for driving sales performance and team productivity within an assigned micro-market. The role ensures achievement of targets by managing consultants, strengthening developer relationships, and actively supporting closures to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
3. Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Manage and lead a team of real estate consultants within the assigned micro-market.
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team activities, pipelines, site visits, and closures, ensuring adherence to core organizational processes.
Interact with all customers who have visited at least one project through team consultants and actively guide them toward closure.
Attend closure meetings and support customers in negotiating the best possible deals with developers.
Select and prioritize key projects in the micro-market to focus marketing and lead-generation efforts.
Maintain strong relationships with developers' sales teams through regular office meetings and on-site project visits.
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and present reports to management.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
Ensure high standards of customer experience and professional conduct across the team.
