Below is the JD: BMC Developer and Administrator. Job Location - Onsite
Hands on implementation experience on the following BMC products
BMC Helix ITSM, Atrium CMDB , ITSM, ARS 7.6.x, SRM and ITSM suite Web Services.
Expertise in implementing BMC Remedy Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and other ITIL processes
Expertise in deploying / Migrating BMC Helix ITSM / Asset Management and proficiency in IMAC Process
Knowledge of BMC Remedy Service Level Agreements.
ITIL V4 Foundation a must
Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like HP OV, Tivoli, Netcool, SAP, Billing apps, CRM, provisioning s/w etc using Web services and/or AIE
Experience in design and implementation of BMC ITSM solutions for complex setup
Should have good understanding of BMC ITSM architecture and its components
Good understanding on Common Data Model of BMC Atrium CMDB
Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis skills, self initiated, quick learner.
Implementation and administration of Opensource / Openshift Kubernetes is desired
