Job Title: Team Lead - International BPO (US Healthcare)
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Salary Range: 6 - 8 LPA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Team Lead with prior experience in managing teams in an International BPO setting, preferably in the US healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of driving performance and ensuring process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of customer service executives or agents.
Monitor and drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs.
Handle escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to maintain service quality.
Ensure process compliance and handle client interactions as needed.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in an International BPO.
Exposure to the US healthcare process is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Proficient in handling escalations and performance metrics.
Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timings).
Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Candidates currently in Pune or willing to relocate to Hinjewadi, Pune preferred.
