What is in it for you?

As a

Team Lead - .PHP

, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks).
Build and support backend services and APIs using Python (Django, Flask) and C# (.NET Core).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree - BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

Minimum of over 3 years of experience in software development using PHP, C#
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Experience in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular is a plus
Experience in version control systems such as Git
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have Skills: -

Experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
