Team Lead - Overseas Education

at Leadz Study Abroad, Kochi. The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising the counseling team, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting students throughout their overseas education journey. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of international education systems.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students on study abroad options and career pathways- Assist with university applications and admission procedures Guide students through visa processes and documentation Maintain regular communication with students and provide follow-up support Deliver excellent customer service and build strong student relationships Stay updated on global education trends, courses, and destination requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in overseas education counseling with leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of UK and European education systems, admission, and visa procedures Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to guide team members and resolve complex student queries Strong organizational, planning, and people-management abilities Ability to work responsibly under minimal supervision and handle student escalations professionally
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
