As a

Team Lead

, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful project execution. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, meeting deadlines, and creating a collaborative, growth-oriented work culture. This position requires close coordination with cross-functional departments, mentoring team members, and reporting progress to senior management. Additionally, you will drive process improvements to boost efficiency and ensure project delivery aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily team operations and ensure project milestones are achieved. Coordinate with multiple departments for seamless project execution. Mentor, motivate, and support team members to foster professional growth. Monitor team performance and report project progress to senior management. Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions effectively. Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and organizational policies. Create a collaborative and positive working environment.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor of Technology (

B.Tech

) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5-10 years

of proven experience in IT project delivery / corporate environment. Strong

leadership and team management

skills. Excellent

problem-solving, decision-making, and communication

abilities. Ability to

work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

.

Technical Skills (Preferred)

Proficiency in

Project Management Tools

(JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana). Strong understanding of

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

and

Agile methodologies

. Experience with

Cloud platforms

(AWS / Azure / Google Cloud). Knowledge of

Data Analytics tools

(Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Familiarity with

Cybersecurity principles and practices

. Hands-on experience with

Version Control Systems

(Git, GitHub, GitLab). Ability to analyze technical requirements and align solutions with business goals.

Pay: ₹241,538.16 - ₹669,987.72 per year
