Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily tasks, meetings, and schedules with the Directors.
Lead, guide, and monitor the administrative team to ensure all assigned work is completed on time.
Track task progress and ensure deadlines are met without compromise.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-up action trackers.
Maintain proper documentation, task lists, and workflow updates.
Communicate effectively with staff, faculty, vendors, and management.
Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and team rosters.
Support operational activities, event planning, and campus coordination.
Ensure a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discipline in all activities.
Use Excel efficiently to prepare reports, trackers, data analysis sheets, and MIS files.
Qualifications

PMP Certification (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proven experience in team handling or administrative leadership roles

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
