Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Lead - Graphic Design to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe software and CorelDRAW, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers. This position requires a creative individual who can manage projects, ensure high-quality output, and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials. The role involves working in rotational shifts to meet the demands of our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to produce high-quality drafting and designs.
• Monitor and motivate all designers including quality person for client satisfaction.
• Regularly maintain high rate of work efficiency and ensure that time is utilized as needed.
• Develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure design alignment with company goals and brand standards.
• Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular design reviews and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Report to manager for all the tasks given, and conduct team meetings on a regularly basis.
• Participate in rotational shifts to ensure consistent coverage and support for global clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and CorelDRAW.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferably male candidate due to team composition and project requirements.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including late evening and weekends as needed.
