Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Team Lead specializing in NodeJS to become a valuable addition to our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL , along with a proven track record in architecture and troubleshooting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MySQL / PostgreSQL. React.js Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles. Code Versioning: Be proficient with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial. Demonstrate a strong command of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Collaborate with Project Management to assess new functionality requests and support the Sales team in scoping new projects. Monitor and enhance the performance of systems. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex issues. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team. Foster a collaborative work environment and be an effective team player. Actively participate in the design and development of new systems. Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in MySQL / PostgreSQL and NodeJS / React JS.

Skills & Requirements

Strong expertise in MySQL / PostgreSQL and NodeJS / React JS. React.js Workflows: Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux. Required depth knowledge of React.js and Nodejs and also its modern features. Restful APIs: Familiarity with Restful APIs is a valuable asset. Proven experience in architecture and troubleshooting. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Familiarity with Linux and command line interface. Version Control: Proficient in version control systems like GIT. Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as a Team Lead.
