Team Lead-NOC will be managing the day-to-day Delivery for the L1 and L2 NOC Teams \xef\x82\xb7 Should act as the First point of contact for all the escalations and respond/act and fix it on priority.
Also have a prior experience of People Management \xef\x82\xb7 Should be comfortable in working in fast paced, dynamic and 24/7 Environment. Basic understanding and Experience of Stakeholder Management.
Should have an intermediate level knowledge of Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki & Fortigate firewalls.
Experience in network switching \xe2\x80\x93 VLANs, Trunks, Link Aggregation
Good understanding of basic networking \xe2\x80\x93 LAN \xe2\x80\x93 Wired & Wireless, WAN, DMZ, Internet, VPN & Firewalls
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
