Job Description

Job Summary: As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting a team of developers to create high-quality software products. You will work closely with the Manager of Development to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. You will be expected to guide by example, mentor junior team members, and provide technical guidance to the team. Responsibilities: Run developer meetings, mob sessions, and other team activities to facilitate knowledge sharing and team technical development. Guide the team in making difficult technical choices. Delegate responsibilities to team members as needed and hold them accountable for their work. Communicate the needs of the team to upper management and relay any information from upper management that should be shared with the team. Constantly strive to gain industry knowledge and develop a mindset of continuous improvement. Major contributor to the design and implementation of the overall architecture of the project Lead the development and delivery of software projects from start to finish. Work as part of an agile team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Mentor junior developers on development best practices and lead code and design reviews. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Debug and resolve technical issues. Work with CI/CD systems to ensure efficient and automated deployment processes. Maintain application quality and ensure responsiveness. Continuously help the team to improve by being actively involved in team meetings and ceremonies (architecture, refinements, retrospectives, demos, standups, etc. ). Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science (or a related field), and 6+ years of work experience. Relevant technical experience may substitute for education. Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Python. Proficiency with Angular or another JavaScript front-end framework. Experience with Git or another version control system. Strong knowledge of C# and .Net technologies. Preferred knowledge of MS SQL Server and working with large relational databases. Experience with microservices architecture. Communication protocols: HTTP, RESTful APIs Exposure and Experience with AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, SQS, ECR, EC2, Dynamo DB, S3, CloudFront). Knowledge of software design patterns and principles. Experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps. Experience with distributed systems methods and practices Knowledge about automated testing and software verification (unit, integration) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others.
