Key Responsibilities:
Hiring and managing Field sales Executives all over M.P. for merchant acquisiton.
Coordinate and manage the daily sales activities, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and follow-ups.
Act as a liaison between clients, sales team, and other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Monitor sales performance and collaborate with the sales team to drive market penetration and expand our customer base.
Track and analyze sales data, providing insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
Promote and sell Airtel Soundboxes to merchants and shop owners in assigned areas.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and merchant interactions.
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of visits, sales, and merchant feedback.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a Knowledge of creating new merchant base.
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in fintech products (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving business growth and client acquisition.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
A deep understanding of the channel partner model and its implementation in sales strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing power and a target-driven attitude.
Knowledge of payment solutions, QR codes systems is a plus.
