Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of executives and coordinators to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Plan, delegate, and monitor workflow to ensure efficient task completion.
Identify and solve operational challenges with logic and structure.
Motivate, coach, and guide team members for continuous performance improvement.
Conduct team meetings, share updates, and maintain effective communication across departments.
Analyze reports, track performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives.
Create a positive, disciplined, and high-performing team culture.
