We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring high standards of performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in managing data workflows, supporting application-related queries, and ensuring smooth data processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead and supervise the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues.
Monitor and ensure that team members meet performance goals and KPIs.
Provide regular training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:
Graduate candidate
Proven experience Min 5 years in data processing, vendor management, Customer service or similar roles, ideally in BPO, KPO, or related industries. And 2 plus years on Team leading position
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in vendor management.
Proficient in data processing tools, like Excel, power BI
