Are you an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) professional with a passion for BIM?

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

MEP BIM Project Manager

to lead our project team and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of MEP projects, including project planning, quality control, and timely delivery. Lead, mentor, and deploy team resources efficiently to meet project deadlines. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating in-depth technical knowledge during all interactions (verbal and written). Ensure the smooth flow of technical and project information between the team and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a management-level role. In-depth knowledge of MEP BIM processes and workflows. Proven experience in handling and delivering MEP BIM projects. Expertise in preparing Shop, Fabrication, and Coordination drawings. Ability to coordinate MEP services with other consultants and stakeholders. Strong focus on quality assurance for all project deliverables. Sound knowledge of BIM software, especially

Revit

. Familiarity with handling US and UK BIM projects is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage a team and ensure project delivery on time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
