As part of our expansion, we are seeking a results-driven and experienced

Team Lead - Forex Marketing

to lead a marketing team and contribute to the growth of our forex and financial education business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives. Plan and execute

direct marketing tasks

to acquire new clients. Drive

organic marketing strategies

including SEO, content, and social media. Develop market research insights to design impactful campaigns. Set targets, track performance, and ensure team achievement. Build and maintain strong client relationships for acquisition and retention.
Requirements

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in Forex Marketing / Financial Services.

Leadership:

Prior experience in team management or leadership roles.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media outreach.

Client Acquisition:

Proven experience in direct marketing and customer acquisition.

Mindset:

Proactive, result-oriented, and able to motivate a team in a target-driven environment.
