We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Team Lead - Marketing & Content Creation to manage and guide our marketing and content team. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the marketing and content creation team.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Create, review, and approve content for social media, website, and promotions.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Track campaign results and prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing concepts.
Creative mindset with good time management skills.
