We are hiring an experienced

Medical Coding Team Leader

to manage US healthcare medical coding operations. The role involves team handling, quality audits, productivity management, and compliance with coding and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of medical coders (IP/OP) Ensure accurate coding as per ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS Manage productivity, accuracy, and TAT Conduct coding quality audits and handle escalations Support training, coaching, and reporting

Eligibility:

5-7 years of medical coding experience Minimum 2+ years as Team Lead / SME CPC / CCS / COC certified (preferred) Strong knowledge of US healthcare and HIPAA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
